The winter tradition of Tokachigawa Onsen, “Sairinka®,” returns again this year. This magical event transforms the frozen, snow-covered landscape into a fantastical world filled with colorful lights. One of the highlights is the fantasy show, where light and sound move in perfect sync.
In addition, the illuminated promenade known as “Hikari no Alley,” which connects the venue with Roadside Station Garden Spa Tokachigawa Onsen, is decorated with glowing displays such as “winter cherry blossoms” and illuminated animals, brightening the night path with charm and wonder.
Snow rafting across the white winter fields (fee required) and a stamp rally through the forest of lights (fee required) are also highly recommended. Along the promenade, where you can warm up from the cold, Sairinka-exclusive items are available for purchase. With even more events planned, the festival offers something new to enjoy each time you visit.
