The special event “Gyutoro Festival,” where you can enjoy Tokachi Slow Food’s signature “Gyutoro Flakes,” will be held in front of the headquarters again this year! First launched last year to coincide with “Gyutoro Day (September 16),” the event drew large crowds and a lively atmosphere. This year marks the second edition, featuring the popular Gyutoro Rice Bowl for 300 yen (approx. 700 servings available) and grilled ribeye (800 yen).
Two kitchen cars will also be on site serving coffee and light meals. In addition, the direct-sales shop will offer a same-day special: bring your own cooler bag and get 100 yen off your total at checkout. If you haven’t tried Gyutoro Flakes yet, this is the perfect chance to experience them.
