Naitai Terrace Open for the Season │ Kamishihoro

Once again this year, Naitai Terrace is open at Naitai Highland Farm — Japan’s largest public pasture, covering an area of 17 million square meters (equivalent to 358 Tokyo Domes). Established in 1972, the expansive landscape is home to around 2,000 cows grazing leisurely in a picturesque rural setting.

Located at an altitude of about 800 meters, Naitai Terrace offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Tokachi Plain. With its wide glass windows framing the sweeping scenery, it’s a must-visit photogenic spot you won’t want to miss!

Open Season: April 19 (Sat) – October 31 (Fri), 2025, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Open daily during the season; hours may change due to weather)
